Why can't things that are good just stay?

I hope I look decent with a snapback???? hahahahahaha 

It's the last Saturday before the June holidays and I have yet to complete most of my homework. My PW and Lit teacher changed/gave some last minute instructions which completely screwed my weekend plans over and I must say I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!!! I was intending to just finish my homework by today and chill a little on Sunday before school begins and now I can't do that anymore. Hopefully I'll be extremely productive later on so I wouldn't have to burn the midnight oil on Sunday night. 

Training with my floorball girls on Thursday afternoon! 

I swear the sun was merciless man!! It was an extremely hot and humid afternoon and we were all expecting to have training in the hall. However it was occupied with tables and chairs for the upcoming J2 Prelims so we had to do outdoor training..... WHICH WAS TERRIBLE LA I started to perspire like mad even before training started. 

Luckily coach was being real understanding and decided to let us all stay in the shade if not we would all be tanner than the hockey girls (we always make reference to the hockey girls cos floorball is supposed to be an indoor sport and we're not supposed to be THIS tanned) BUT THEN THAT MEANS WE HAD TO DO PT. Which was equally torturous. Even in the shade. We were all. On. The. Verge. Of. MELTING OMG

I'M SO GLAD IT ENDED 

Brought my monopod along to take some selfies too hehe. Training ended on a good note too because we saw Ikhsan Fandi (son of Fandi Ahmad) when we left the school!

Went over to my godmother's house for dinner on the same evening and I was kind of shocked to see all my god sisters there too. Had a hell lot of fun during dinner time cos Ember (my baby niece) brought jenga over and everyone was just watching her play, hoping to see her disappointed face when she makes the entire jenga tower fall over HAHAHAH. All my god sisters and god bros-in-law also joined in to play with Ember! The first picture above is actually my third bro-in-law attempting to pull out a jenga block with Patrick star so that Ember will like Patrick cos apparently the Patrick star is a gift given to Ember but she didn't like it cos I think she finds it ugly or smth...? But yeah eventually Ember brought Patrick home cos Patrick was such a great sport during the game, accompanying her to play and shits hehe (Ember is turning 5 this year!) 

In the next 2 pictures, everybody was throwing Patrick around and we were not supposed to let Ember touch Patrick (similar to her being the monkey) Ember got pissed after a few throws cos all of us threw Patrick really high on purpose to not let Ember touch it! But then when we saw her get pissed, we eventually gave in to her and dropped it "accidentally" 

It was so much fun to eat and gather with them. Hopefully school wouldn't take up so much of my time (quite impossible though LOL) and I can go back there more often! 

Met up with Ben after that in an attempt to go Waterfront but we got stuck at a traffic jam while on 856 so we decided to just alight at any stop and take 912 around Woodlands-Admiralty. Didn't talk much on the bus cos he was dead tired from his camp. Went over to the pool to chill for awhile too without talking and just used our phone until he suggested to go home cos he really wanted to sleep AHAHAH.

It is finally the last monday of the holidays. I've had so much fun that I totally forgot about doing my revision/completing my homework......

Nonetheless it's still one of the best and most deserving holiday I've had throughout my 16.5 years of life because studying for summer tests is much more horrible than studying for O levels and I've never wanted to be out of school so much! 

Caught TFIOS with my cousins last Thursday too!! I didn't manage to read the book but I believe that the book is obviously much more better than the movie itself because I didn't cry/feel that much in the movie as I  thought I would LOL.

Caught up a little with my cousins after the movie + some shopping at H&M at the Starbucks in Yishun! As usual it's a great session of pouring out my woes to them and them telling me about their school/working life problems. Had my uncle send me back home afterwards cos the train service has already ended by that time. REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IS THE NEXT TIME WE WOULD BE ABLE TO SHOP/CHAT SO FREELY WITHOUT ANY TIME CONSTRAINT :-( 

On Friday evening, I met up with my primary school classmates for dinner! We were supposed to have Chomp Chomp but then the weather was being freaking ridiculous (it was so fucking hot!!) so we decided to just dine at AMK Hub. 12 of us came for this mini gathering and we all had Teppenyaki for dinner. Wouldn't say it's worth the money but it still tastes quite alright. 

After which, we headed over to play pool at this place opposite AMK Hub. It was my first time playing pool and initially I had reservations about playing it cos I felt like a noobi397 BUT THEN my classmates taught me!! It's actually quite ok la not very hard but there's a lot of physics involved like let's say you must stand at this angle aim this direction the ball will hit where roll where etc and you must also stand or aim your stick (???) at the best position so that your ball will roll into the holes at the side! That's basically how you score and win the game :-)

Had a short catch up with Xiucheng and Kaile afterwards at BK. They are still the bunch of jokers I've known since primary school and I'm so so so freaking glad to still have them in my life. Met up with Jh after they left and ate a little before leaving for the last bus cos I had CIP/VIA the next morning! 

Woke up at 10 to prepare myself before meeting Weiqian at Jurong East for our brunch!! Went to Westgate (yes it's my first time there too LOL SUAKU ALVINA STRIKES) for brunch and had Jap food for lunch. TRIED SOGURT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE TOO AND IT TASTES quite ok la HAHHAAH

We then met up with Ms Woon and the other floorball girls at Chinese Garden. Other CCAs such as basketball, volleyball, soccer and hockey were also volunteering for JLR and surprisingly, the floorball girls had the same duties as the basketball boys. The floorball girls and bball boys both were allocated duties at the baggage counter and all we had to do was to arrange the bags accordingly to their numbers (1-1000+), and alphabets (only alphabet A&B).

Initially it was quite ok when the lorries started to arrive at the baggage counters with the numerous bags because we still had ample time to arrange them accordingly. But when the first batch of runners that came back started to come over to the baggage counter all at once, the place was simply HECTIC AND CRAZY. We had problems finding some of the runners' bags at first because their bags were either misplaced/lorries have yet to arrive with their bags and many of the runners gave us attitude.......... We definitely can't blame them for being angry and impatient cos they have just completed a long run and it's freaking hot and humid at that area so it's understandable BUT STILL IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BE UNREASONABLE RIGHT??? 

I had a bad encounter with this man. He gave his bib number to the other volunteers and they were still unable to find his bag for around 20minutes. And so, he decided that it was smart of him to just enter the baggage area by himself to look for the bag. 

I understand it's worrying to not be able to find your bag la, but do at least trust us and allow us to find your bag since we know the area much more better than you. And with you entering this enclosed area which is only meant for us, it not only disrupts our arrangement, but it's also dangerous cos if the other bags were to go missing WHO WOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE MAN YOU OR US???? 

It's so freaking annoying when I try to explain this to him cos all he did was reply "Since you can't find my bag I'll find it myself" and the worst part is that he spat his saliva all over my face. I don't know if that was intentional but it's so gross! Oh and barely after 5 minutes from our conversation the other volunteers found his bag. -______- 

All these torture finally ended around 9!!! I was so happy man I thought it would never end until I saw the empty queue lines and baggage area! Though it was really tiring and hot (we had to wear jeans it was such a horrible experience), I had a great time with my floorballers cos we helped each other a lot, in terms of looking for the bags and passing it to one another to make things as efficient as possible. The bball boys were also of great help cos they have been such positive people and lightened the mood by a lot! 

After the debrief (complain) session with Ms Woon and the floorball girls, all of us went over to the checkout point to get our moolah (it's actl our transportation fee LOL)!! After receiving our moolah, Nishi said something about feeling like a coolie working in those underdeveloped countries who are poorly paid for doing such torturous jobs and all of us laughed BECAUSE IT WAS SO TRUE.

I guess this is how we "give back" to the society..........................

The last week of holidays will be a really busy week! Have to study and complete all my homework before school starts. I really dread the thought of school and I can't wait for the holidays after my mid course exam... which is in November argh so horrible.... There's also PW and MT A levels this year I'm officially done with school bye I HATE JC LIFE SO MUCH 

(reading through the posts I've posted in Sec 3. it really makes me wonder how I've changed to dislike school so much.. I used to look forward to school, especially after holidays cos I would be able to see my friends and stuff. Now it's just plain dislike and hate BUT I HAVE TO SUCK IT UP ERMAGERD) 

((definitely going to miss my poly friends so much ESP FATTY NEO I've been seeing her almost everyday to the point I'm going to be so sick of her face but I'll miss her the most cos we'd so much good time tgt during the June hols :-((((((( ))
